At SolveStitch, we believe that fashion can be a tool for real change and social transformation. That's why every garment we design in Barcelona is not only made with sustainable materials, we also allocate 50% of the profit margin from each collection, to support specific causes in places affected by humanitarian crises: wars, natural disasters, health or social emergencies. Each collection is inspired by a real cause.

With the money raised, we develop initiatives adapted to the real needs of each context: from the delivery of essential kits to educational, digital, or employment support programs. We always prioritize local solutions and purchases from local businesses, to generate a double impact: direct aid and community economic strengthening.

We travel personally to purchase and deliver the aid, or we carry out online initiatives, and we document each action with transparency. This way, you can see who you are helping with your purchase and the real impact you are generating.

In addition, those who receive the aid can send you something in return: a letter, a drawing, or a message. These messages are scanned and digitally sent to those they helped. It's not charity: it's a bridge between people.

Thus, we close the circle: you don't just help — you connect and foster a relationship of peace and mutual respect.

Our first cause

Our first collection, Somoud, was born out of the humanitarian emergency in Palestine and a personal experience in Egypt.

50% of the profits go toward essential kits purchased from local Egyptian stores, supporting displaced families and small businesses.

We don't send aid from afar, we act on the ground. What began as a personal journey is now a true commitment to solidarity, justice, and peace.

How do collections work?

We open collections for only 5 days. Once this period is over, we manufacture only what has been purchased to avoid overproduction. This means your garment is made to order, exclusively for you.

When will my order arrive?

After the collection closes:

- Production: Approximately 15 days.
- Shipping: Delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

Total estimated delivery time: 20 days in Spain from the collection closes (not from purchase).

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order only during the five days the collection is active. After that time, your garment goes into production and changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Can I return or exchange a product?

As this is a custom-made product, we don't accept returns or refunds, except in cases of error or defect in the product.

When will you travel to Egypt?

The trip to Egypt will take place after you receive your order, once the entire production and shipping process has been completed.

This is how the schedule works:

- Open collection: August 1st to 5th

- Production: 15 days (only the ordered units are manufactured)

- Shipping: approximately 5 days in Spain

- Travel: after shipments

We want you to receive your garment first and then be able to see the real impact your purchase generated.
